Okay, I joined up with this character suddenly, and without time for reflection on his personality and past. I improvised his character, but a lot of people posted in my other description, so I'm making a new one.
Korren Greeneyes is a fieldmouse, with fur that is oddly red in color and eyes that are, well, green. He is roughly sixteen seasons old at the time of this post, reasonably strong without having belligerent muscles, and tall, for a mouse. Much of the time, he is a bit naive, but he will grow more experienced as time wears on. He also speaks with an educated-sounding accent, almost like a Redwaller's, except when he is mad, afraid, or just has the jitters, he has a twang reminiscent of a Borderlander's.
This is because Korren's family came from an area near the Borderlands. His grandfather had been a mighty chieftain there, and had worn a snakeskin belt to symbolize his strength, cunning, and wisdom. Before Korren was even born, his father had been cast out of the tribe for reasons still unknown to his son; he had married a sweet country mousemaid, who educated the mouseling. Korren's love for his mother had been deep, and he was heartbroken after her death when he was eleven. Korren's father had never liked him, probably because the lad reminded him too much of himself; and so, he became abusive, and the young mouse ran away from home. He had always lived a nomadic lifestyle, so he adapted well to being on his own, and drifted to the Horde.
The fieldmouse carries two weapons, both weapons of his grandfather which he took when he ran away. One is a sword, light in build and dangerously beautiful in make. It bears the trademark of the Greeneyes family: two emeralds on either side of the hilt, and one which serves as a pommel stone. The other is a small dagger, curved at the end, which his grandfather used for skinning snakes. It also has an emerald pommel stone.
All in all, Korren's past is kinda spooky, but he is a friendly chap, even though he has lost confidence in himself after his father's treatment. He is very proud of his ancestry, from his weapons, to his odd taste for snake meat, to his oddly colored fur and eyes. He never talks much about them, though, for he has learned from experience that his past makes him sound like a savage, when he, and all his family, are and were just as civilized as anybeast.
